Intrawest has created a new village at Squaw with luxurious condos ranging from 500K to a million plus. The surrounding Valley offers everything from luxury view homes, cabins, condos,
townhouses and shared ownership (starting under $10,000) to home sites. Houses are in the $500,000 to million plus range.

Squaw Valley combines the traits of rugged mountain ambiance and convenient mountain living. Located between Tahoe City and Truckee, the area has convenient shopping in both the areas.

Summer activities are not to be missed with trails galore and breathtaking views. A hike to Shirley Lake with a tram ride down is my once a summer ritual. Make sure you bring a pack with plenty of water and a picnic for a relaxing afternoon by one of the waterfalls or snow fed granite pools. I’ve found walking poles to be quite useful up and down these often steep trails. My pup loves this adventure!
